This project in Wallington was completed for a large, newly constructed home on a large block, so it was important that the scale of the landscaping matched this.
A large pool and spa were intalled and surrounded by large format granite pavers which complimented the house and rural surrounds. The pavers were laid using an Ashlar pattern in the main entertaining area and a wall was built to screen the change rooms which included a toilet and shower.
Glass pool fencing was used to provide safety for the children without taking away the beauty of the landscape. The fence was built into the decking boardwalks which connected the main entertaining area to the pool area.
The showpiece of the landscape greets visitors out the front of the property, set amongst the Chinese Elm and Olive Groves. It's a three section water feature clad in granite which consists of two reservoirs pouring into the base reservoir. In this base section are five stainless steel balls which act as a feature.
Concrete paths were created, taking guests out to the fruit orchard in the rear, just past the caravan storage yard.
