In this episode I speak with Shaun Laurie from Laurie Landscapes, a design and construction company based in Melbourne.
Shaun has been running the business for around 5 years, employs 9 full time employees and is only 26 years old!
When he explains the types of companies he worked for during his apprenticeship and as an employee, you'll be able to see these styles mirrored in his own unique style of the projects he designs and constructs today.
We discussed what Shaun does to look after not only his mental health, but also physical, and how he's looking to impart that knowledge onto his employees.
